Individual coaching

I specialize in developing training programs that improve your skating technique and strengthen your shot. Each training program is designed to maximize the hockey player's physical potential and performance.

I understand that every athlete has their own strengths, weaknesses and goals. That's why we start with an individual consultation, where we define the goals that suit your needs and plan an exercise program accordingly.

We invest in comprehensive development, which includes not only physical strength and endurance, but also mobility and reducing the risk of injury. Our goal is to make you an even better hockey player in every area.
