Hockey Team Huddle

3.5-month summer internship

The program lasts 3.5 months. It is divided into 3 main episodes. The first episode focuses on growing hockey muscles, body control and mobility. In the second period, the main focus shifts to increasing maximum strength, explosive power and speed. In the third period, the main focus shifts to sport-specific speed, making it easy to move onto the ice faster than ever.

The program builds muscle mass, maximum strength and speed strength. All of these are needed in hockey. What makes this program special is that it is designed specifically to develop your launch force and skating speed.

The program focuses on explosive starting speed, changes of direction, corner skating and also full speed skating. The skills and qualities on the ice can also be developed off the ice, as long as you know what to do and how to practice. Skill training is used as part of the warm-up.
